The US is on collision course with many countries, not focused on its internal problems

The USA is said to be the most powerful country in the world. It has perhaps the strongest army with advanced & deadly weapons, atomic bombs, tanks, fighter planes, submarines, helicopters, etc. This country is home to almost all global tech companies in the world such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, Microsoft, etc. Its currency is used globally as a reserve currency.

But now it seems that America is a declining power. Its signs are apparent. Presently, this country is submerged under huge debt ($25 Trillion). The inability of federal & state governments to stop the coronavirus outbreak left many innocent Americans dead & a large number of people are affected by this disease. America continues to retain the No. 1 position when it comes to casualties caused by the coronavirus outbreak. Due to subsequent lockdowns implemented in different parts of the country, business activities are closed. It increased the overall unemployment rate in the country.

Currently, nearly 14.7% of working-class individuals are out of work. They have applied for unemployment benefits. Many companies are also filing for bankruptcy. A large number of poor folks in Amerika are struggling to meet their basic needs. Instead of focusing on solving domestic problems, America is at loggerheads with different countries of the world. It seems that the priority of President Donald Trump is not to bring things under control in his country but to ignite confrontations with several countries so that people's attention can be diverted to other unimportant issues & avoid criticism for his inability to stop the spread of coronavirus across the nation.

Just have a look at America's confrontation with some countries:

  •  America Vs Russia

America & Russia are superpower countries in the world. Their rivalry often makes news headlines across the world. America and Russia consider each other as an existential threat & often clash over different issues. We have seen a cold war between these two countries for a long time. In recent years, their relationship is at the lowest level.

Due to numerous reasons, the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, leaving America as the only superpower in the world. As a result, it started to threaten different countries that refused to accept its hegemony & acted as a stumbling block in its path to economic, political, diplomatic interests. Cuban missile crisis was the peak of the cold war between America & Soviet Russia.

In recent years, the enmity between these two superpowers has skyrocketed. The Ukraine conflict is a fine example of a clash between America & Russia. Accusing Russia of interfering in the internal matters of Ukraine & annexing the Crimean peninsula in itself, America, European Union, Australia, Japan, Norway, and Canada imposed several rounds of sanctions on Russia to crush its economy and force it to change its behavior. Russia also imposed counter-sanctions on these countries. Since then, they are engaged in a full-scale economic war.

Under the leadership of President Putin, Russia has developed itself a lot and now wants to reassert itself on the global scale. That is why it is clashing with America whenever possible to diminish the latter's status as a world power. With Russia's active military help, Syrian President Bashar Al Asad was able to crush Islamic State & foiled American plan to overthrow him from power. Currently, America is out of Syria without fulfilling its goal. It happened because of Russia.

In 2016, Donald Trump managed to become America's president despite a complete lack of political experience. He defeated experienced politician Hillary Clinton. Russia was accused of meddling in the US's Elections and helped Donald Trump win the election without submitting any evidence. Even today, the clash between these two countries is on. Recently, the US abandoned the INF treaty, which sparked the fear of starting another arms race in the world. Furthermore, it also notified Russia about its intention to withdraw from the open sky treaty despite opposition from several countries. Russia has threatened it will take countermeasures to stop the USA aggression. Hold on, the worst is yet to come!

  • America Vs China

Due to China's suspicious role in the creation of Coronavirus in the lab, its spread across the world, initial maneuvering regarding the information sharing with the WHO & rest of the world, refusal to participate in an independent probe into the coronavirus outbreak, this country is in the hit list of America. Since the election of Donald Trump as the US President, America and China are engaged in a prolonged trade war.

America accuses China of dumping low-priced goods in its market & taking away jobs from American people, stealing trade secrets, and adopting unfair trade practices. Donald Trump also called China a "currency manipulator". He imposed heavy tariffs on imports from China to reduce America's skyrocketing trade deficit with the second-largest economy in the world. China also imposed counter-tariffs on imports from America in retaliation. After several rounds of discussion and negotiations, both countries agreed to implement a trade deal.

But due to the coronavirus outbreak & China's perceived suspicious role in its rapid propagation all across the world, the relationship between these two countries is at the lowest level. Several lawsuits were filed in the USA, demanding huge chunks of money as compensation for the damages caused by the spread of Coronavirus in the USA. China said it will not acknowledge such claims.

Recently, America imposed sanctions on 34 Chinese business entities & tightened the screw around the controversial Chinese tech company Huawei, which is often accused of being a tool of the Chinese government, stealing user's data, cyber espionage, and sending the collected data to China. Huawei's owner denied such allegations. America also increased its patrolling in the South China Sea & decided to sell lethal weapons to Taiwan, a small country in Asia, considered by China as its rebel province. China wants to annex Taiwan anyhow & often intimidates this small country.

  • America Vs India

Although America & India are said to be allies. But the reality is totally opposite. America uses India as a chip to serve its own interests. I believe the relationship between the two countries is one-sided. The USA is a boss & India appears to be its client state. America has a strong habit of interfering in the internal matters of other countries.

A few days, when coronavirus was killing lots of folks in America every day, US President Donald Trump threatened India to export hydroxychloroquine to itself or be ready for repercussions. Under tremendous pressure, the government of India agreed to export this medicine to the USA & other countries in exchange for trade concessions. Recently, a US official reminded India about the possibility of American sanctions if it goes ahead with the S-400 weapon purchase deal with Russia. It's blatant interference in India's internal matters.

  • America Vs Iran

America & Iran are enemy countries. Both countries don't have diplomatic relationships. The enmity between these two countries dates back to 1952. America accuses Iran of human rights violations, supporting terrorist groups & creating instability in many countries. In return, Iran calls America the biggest terrorist country in the world. The clash between these two countries often makes news headlines almost every day.

America, under the leadership of President Donald Trump, canceled the Iran nuclear deal and imposed crippling sanctions on this Islamic country. The US threatens Iran from-time-to-time and has asked countries not to do any business with this nation. In this period of coronavirus outbreak, America slapped Iran with additional sanctions, making it difficult for the Iranian government to buy the necessary medical equipment from abroad. Recently, uncle sam threatened Iran to attack its ships transporting oil to Venezuela, which is struggling for its survival because of brutal and unfair American sanctions. Iranian leaders have warned America of deadly consequences if they attack its ships bound for Venezuela.
  • America Vs Venezuela

America has been on a collision course with Venezuela for a long time. Venezuela has the biggest source of petroleum products. The USA wants to install a puppet government in this country and capture its valuable resources. Nicolás Maduro, the president of Venezuela, has foiled America’s attempt so far to overthrow him from power and install its puppet government. Because of several rounds of sanctions imposed by America, Venezuela is reeling under different problems. Recently, the Venezuelan army foiled an attack on its terrorist which was aimed at kidnapping Nicolás Maduro and taking him to America for prosecution. America Vs Venezuela episode is likely to continue for many more days to come.
