Rahul Gandhi, the son of Italian lady Antonio Miano (Sonia Gandhi), has constantly been hitting news headlines for negative reasons. He desires to become India's PM one day but keeps making baseless statements without applying any brain. A local court in Gujarat announced two-year jail terms for him for defaming the Modi community. The jury found him guilty of defamation after examining all the evidence. Although the local court has suspended his sentence for one month, he can appeal to the higher court and get the announcement nullified.

However, exciting things are happening in India. As the punishment is for two years, he has lost his Lok Sabha membership, a tremendous setback for Congress and Rahul Gandhi. Supporters and leaders of the Congress Party blame the BJP and Prime Minister Modi for the announcement made by the local court in Gujarat. However, it is not happening for the first time in India. Several politicians have lost their membership in the Lok Sabha and other assemblies for different reasons.

Rahul Gandhi is a duffer politician, but his Italian mother wants to see him as India's prime minister as soon as possible. But the unfortunate thing is that the BJP has Narendra Modi, who has lots of qualifications and political experience. Under the leadership of India's Prime Minister, the BJP has been winning elections in the center for the last two terms and has formed governments in different states as well. After 2014, the Congress party lost many elections under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. It has now become irrelevant in Indian politics. Even India's regional political parties don't give any importance to Rahul Gandhi and Congress.

You will be surprised that India's oldest political party, Congress, was established by an Englishman to spend free time and discuss with friends. For a long time, the party has been proclaiming itself as the sole contractor of India's independence movement and ignoring the contributions of many people who sacrificed their lives for the country. This party ruled India for over 60 years and was involved in many scams.

Congress leaders are infamous for Muslim appeasement, supporting terrorist activities against India, hurting the sentiments of the majority population of the country, speaking in favor of terrorist organizations and notorious criminals, attacking Hindu traditions in a very systematic manner, and speaking against the interests of our country. That is why many of India's 1.4 billion people hate Congress and its leaders.

The Congress Party is devoid of democracy. Antonio Miano has been secretly operating this political organization like a private limited company and acting against India's interests. Initially, she was working as a waitress and had no substantial wealth. But now she is one of the world's wealthiest politicians and has accumulated much wealth without doing anything.

All political leaders in Congress are supposed to support the statement made by Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and Sonia Gandhi, regardless of their age and experience in Indian politics. Anyone who dares to challenge the supremacy of these three people is kicked out of the party and insulted. Dissatisfied with these three people's arrogant attitudes, many experienced and seasoned politicians have already left Congress and joined other parties. 

Italian Lady Antonio Miano gives more importance to his son and wants to see him as India's Prime Minister. Surprisingly, many politicians associated with the Congress party are ready to work under an inexperienced leader and tolerate his nonsense activities. Occasionally, you can see congress spokespersons justifying the stupid statements made by Rahul Gandhi. In this process, they also face criticism from the general public and get insulted occasionally.

After defeats in Lok Sabha and state assembly elections, Congress leaders constantly vow to review the reasons behind their failure, make necessary changes in the party's modus operandi, and speak for the cause of the common public. But they do nothing on the ground. It seems that Congress leaders and their followers are not ready to experience the change in the mentality of people after 2014. Nowadays, the majority population in India has come to know the true colors of the Congress Party and its natural character. That is why Congress leaders have lost their appeal with the common public and are suffering defeats election after election.

In today's age of electronic, social, and print media, ordinary people have many ways to get information about their leaders' performance and statements. It is challenging for a politician in India to make any baseless statement and get away with it without facing its consequences. India has a large youth population, and many Indians are continually active on multiple social media channels and ready to criticize the wrong statements of political leaders.

Rahul Gandhi is a mindless politician who doesn't know how to speak on any topic, connect himself to the common public of this country, improve his political image in people's eyes, and give new life to his political party. Instead of talking about shortcomings in the BJP-ruled government, Rahul Gandhi and other congress leaders make personal attacks on Prime Minister Modi and the BJP. The common public is uninterested in such blunders and doesn't take their statements seriously. As a result, the Congress party has no plan to revitalize its image and regain its lost confidence.

Frankly speaking, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi are politically immature to hold any significant post in the government. As long as the Gandhi family doesn't voluntarily leave control over the Congress Party and is ready to work on the ground for public welfare, it must not dream about coming to power again. Jokar Rahul Gandhi, like any other Indian, must face the consequences of his rash statements. 

The leadership of Congress is currently disconnected from grassroot politics. They live in large apartments with air conditioning and other modern amenities, make foolish political statements without logic, avoid discussing issues the general public faces, abuse political rivals, and claim to represent India. If Congress wants to make itself relevant in Indian politics, it must change its working style and focus on the right people. Rahul Gandhi and the company must go for the welfare of this oldest political party in India.

India introduces domicile act in Kashmir, Pakistan cries foul

8 months after cancelling the special status of Kashmir and turning it into a Union Territory, the government of India now announces the implementation of domicile act in Kashmir. As per this law, anyone who lived in Kashmir for 15 years or studied for 7 years & appeared in class 10/12 exams in local educational institutions, are eligible to become permanent residents of the state. Earlier, when article 370 & 35A were in force in Kashmir, people from the rest of the country did not have the permission to buy properties in the state. Now, the domicile act will allow people from the rest of India to become residents in the state, buy properties, and access all facilities provided by the state government to local inhabitants. 

Soon after the introduction of domicile act in Kashmir, Pakistan started to cry foul. It is blatant interference in India's internal affairs. Pakistan criticized India's move & declared it as the violation of the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions, international laws, including the Fourth Geneva Convention, and bilateral agreements bet­ween Pakistan and India. Muslim politicians in the valley also parroted Pakistan's narrative. Even biased media organizations such as Al Jazeera and Radio Dauchewelle started to talk nonsense. 

It is notable that Muslims living in Kashmir joined hands with Pakistan sponsored terrorists and cleansed Kashmiri Pandits from the valley in 1989. Ungrateful Kashmiri Muslims killed many innocent Kashmiri pandits, raped and murdered their females, cut their breasts, captured their properties, and forced pandits to flee away from the valley. All this nonsense was impossible without the active assistance from the ruling elite of that time. Muslims vehemently oppose the return of Kashmiri pandits in the valley. It is notable that Kashmiri Pandits have been living in the valley since 5000 years. Islamic terrorism and unfaithful Muslims forced them to flee away from their homeland leaving evening behind.

The government of India must crush all those who oppose the return of Kashmiri pandits to the valley. We don't need foreign parasites on our soil who live in the country, eat its food and then talk nonsense against our nation. 

The entire Jammu & Kashmir belongs to India. Pakistan & Bangladesh are actually an Indian territory under unlawful Islamic occupation. Hindus have been living in India since the primitive age. Muslims came here from the Arab World, organized themselves militarily, ruled over Hindus for 800 years, and broke this country into 3 different nations. Muslim thugs killed 5 Million Hindus and Sikhs during India's partition. This was not sufficient for them. Muslims living in India oppose all good works done for the welfare & development of this country. They want Superior rights in this Hindu majority country. Those days are long gone. 

Supreme Court Gives Interim Relief To Journalist Arnab Goswami, Most Politically Motivated FIRs Quashed.

Since when the Co-founder of Republic TV Arnab Goswami criticized the double standards of Congress President Soniya Gandhi & questioned her silence on the Palghar incident, the entire Congressi ecosystem started to attack the journalist for exercising his freedom of expression. Several FIRs were registered in different states ruled by the Congress party such as Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Punjab. So-called independent journalists ideologically affiliated with the ideology of Congress party launched a vile campaign to demonize Arnab Goswami & harass him for asking tough questions to Sonia Gandhi.

Congress often calls itself a champion of freedom of expression. It applies only when its pimps attack its political opponents. White-collar goons come to their true colors when journalists ask inconvenient questions to them and seek for their accountability. It seems that all Congressi pimps are angry with Arnab Goswami because he dared to question Soniya Gandhi's hypocrisy. Congress party and their ideological slaves think that Soniya Gandhi & her son Rahul Gandhi are above the law. They should not be criticized in any way. Congress party assembled a team of experienced & professional lawyers to trap Arnab Goswami legally. Nevertheless, the supreme court gives a big blow to Congressi thugs & their foreign boss.

While hearing the case, the supreme court questioned the numerous politically motivated FIRs against Arnab Goswami of the same nature. It also expressed its displeasure at the assembling of numerous lawyers for the same case. After hearing arguments from both parties, the SC canceled different politically motivated FIRs against Arnab Goswami. Now, the journalist will be tried only in 2 cases. Furthermore, the SC ordered Mumbai Police to give protection to Republic TV, its employees & Arnab Goswami. He can't be arrested for 3 weeks. In this period, the journalist can apply for anticipatory bail. 

So, it is clear that the Supreme Court has protected Indian Media from persecution & intimidation. Arnab Goswami expressed pleasure at the SC's verdict & vowed that he will keep questioning the Gandhi family without any fear. This announcement is a slap on all media crooks who speak nothing against the stupid activities of so-called secular leaders.
