In my personal opinion, there is no job for educated people in Bihar. It is an undeveloped state. So after completing their studies, 95% of all Bihari students migrate to other states in search of suitable jobs per their qualification and profile. The Bihari diaspora abundantly contributes to the overall growth of the economy of different Indian states.
