 The Federal government in America has officially declared China and Russia "adversaries." The United States of America is the only superpower in the world. It has many tools in its arsenal (such as the strongest army, military bases across the globe, advanced civilian & military technology, global reserve currency, and financial systems) to assert its policies. It forces almost all countries worldwide to follow its rules and regulations.

All those countries that dare to challenge US supremacy in any way will find that the deep state in the United States of America doesn't hesitate to use military and economic options to destroy them. 

Right from its inception, the American army invaded many countries, killed numerous people across the globe in the name of protecting democracy and freedom and fighting terrorism, supported dictators, funded the creation of terrorist organizations, and secretly promoted Islamic terrorism around the world. As a result, countries like Cuba, Mexico, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan, Japan, Vietnam, India, Zimbabwe, China, and Russia are the victims of the hooliganism of the US government, its intelligence agency, and its army.

America doesn't want any country to become strong and challenge its supremacy in the world. That is why it uses multiple methods to punish all those countries that develop rapidly in different sectors and try to have an independent foreign policy. The speedy development of China, India, Brazil, Russia, and South Africa severely threatens US hegemony. These days, the United States of America has launched an undeclared war against Russia and China. It is using multiple tricks to stop the natural development of these two countries and prevent them from taking the number one position in the world.

The United States of America encouraged the most corrupt country in Europe (Ukraine) to get involved in a war with Russia and cause severe damage to its economy. Soon after the commencement of the Ukraine-Russia War, the collective West imposed several rounds of economic sanctions against Russia to destroy its economy and change the current regime. Despite all these, Vladimir Putin has managed the situation smartly in his favor. The Russian economy is performing very well compared to Western economies, which are vulnerable to economic recession, hyperinflation, industrialization, mass unemployment, failure of the banking system, etc.

The United States of America is doing everything possible to stop the natural development of China and prevent it from taking its position. Recently, the US government has signed a deal with Australia to supply it with nuclear submarines and create an Asian NATO to encircle China. They also provide deadly weapons to the Philippines, Taiwan, and other neighboring countries so that they can inflict heavy damage on China should the war begin. In addition, there has been a growing call in the United States of America to ban the popular Chinese social media site TikTok just because it is a Chinese app. Again, Uncle Sam seems unhappy with China's rise as a superpower.

Despite all these hostile actions from America and other Western countries, China and Russia are working together to challenge the supremacy of the US and make this world multipolar.

• Non-Dollar Trade Between Russia and China

US currency is widely used for international trade. The more American dollars a country has in its Federal Reserve, the more it is considered a stable nation. But the problem is that the American government uses the dollar's status as a weapon against all those countries that don't agree with its policies. 

It never hesitates to impose economic sanctions on countries, companies, and individuals who don't obey its orders. It doesn't allow so-called hostile countries to conduct trade in dollars. That is why big countries are looking for possibilities to use other currencies for international trade. Russia is trading with China in national currencies, thus eliminating the share of US dollars in international trade. In the same way, other countries are engaging in non-dollar business. The world has realized the dangers of reliance on the US-dominated financial system.

• China's Soft Diplomacy 

The United States of America is more interested in increasing hostility between countries so it can sell deadly weapons to conflicting parties and make lots of money. This country needs wars and terrorism in other countries to maintain its military-industrial complex and finance its economy. Thanks to the USA, we have witnessed wars and conflicts in different parts of the world.

But China thinks differently and promotes peace and harmony between countries. Recently, Chinese President Xi Jinping facilitated talks between two bitter enemies—Iran and Saudi Arabia—and helped them normalize their relationship after several years of hostilities. 

China also floated a peace proposal to stop the Ukraine-Russia war. Still, as expected, the United States of America rejected the idea, saying that China's peace plan would benefit Russia. So the world is saying that the American government is interested in adding fuel to the fire and prolonging the Ukraine-Russia war as far as possible. As a result, the USA is losing its relevance globally, and China is becoming more popular in multiple countries that love peace and prosperity.

• Alternatives to SWIFT

SWIFT is a network of international banking systems controlled by America and its Western allies. Countries, people, and business organizations use this system to send money digitally from one location to another and conduct international trade. But due to the differences on multiple issues, the United States of America has forced the governing body of SWIFT to disconnect many countries from the system, such as Russia, Iran, Cuba, Syria, etc. But fortunately, Russia and China have developed alternatives to SWIFT. If disconnected from SWIFT, these two systems will allow countries to continue trading with China, Russia, and all participants. Moreover, both countries actively promote their alternatives to SWIFT, and there is a high probability that more banks & financial organizations would love to join them.

• Internationalization of Chinese currency

After being disconnected from the dollar-dominated international monetary system, Russia has been actively using the renminbi for international trade. It has allowed the Russian government to minimize the damages caused by the economic sanctions imposed by the collective West. Different countries worldwide have started holding Chinese currency in foreign exchange reserves, and they are reducing their holdings in the USA at an alarming speed. The Chinese government is also taking active steps to internationalize the use of its currency and break the dominance of US dollars.

Recently, China and Brazil decided to drop US dollars in mutual trade. Russia and China are already trading in rubles and renminbi. In the same way, Brazil and Argentina plan to launch a common currency and ditch the US dollar. India and Russia are trading in rupees and other currencies. India is also trying to promote the use of its money, and the good news is that 18 countries worldwide have agreed to conduct trade in the Indian rupee.

BRICS is trying to create a common currency for international trade, and we will have good news in the next 2 to 3 years. As a result of all these activities, the use of the US dollar in international trade has decreased significantly. If all countries stop using the US dollar by developing alternative trade mechanisms, the United States will default on the same day. For example, Saudi Arabia has agreed to sell its oil in Chinese currency, which is bad news for the US dollar's dominance. If it happens, the US will no longer be the world superpower. 

• China and Russia Are Making Rapid Progress In the IT World.

All leading IT companies are headquartered in the USA, such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, Microsoft, YouTube, IBM, etc. We use American IT products daily and conduct essential things without any problems. However, we must remember that the American government, the Pentagon, the military-industrial complex, the corrupt deep state, and greedy politicians dominate American IT companies.

Therefore, if you use American IT products, don't expect your privacy and data to be safe. That is why Russia and China have developed alternatives to Google and other Web services. For example, Russia has Yandex, Rambler, and social media channels. So even if Google exits the Russian market and closes all its services to Russians, they have Yonex and other companies to keep their work going.

In the same way, China has Baidu and various social media channels. Telegram from Russia and WeChat from China are excellent alternatives to WhatsApp. Being an IT professional, I firmly believe that China and Russia will give a tough fight to the technological supremacy of the United States of America in the coming years. That is why the big companies in the USA are unhappy with tech products made available by Russia and China. I have been actively using Yandex, a good search engine from Russia, to avoid the excessive use of Google in everyday life and protect my privacy as much as possible.

If Russia and China continue to work together in multiple sectors, soon we will have a multipolar world free from the hooliganism of the United States of America.

Nowadays, I have been witnessing too much news related to Pakistan regarding its financial problems. Media organizations across the globe are reporting that Pakistan will default on its debt repayment obligations because it does not have sufficient foreign currency in its federal reserve. Pakistani PM Shahbaz Sharif has been begging for economic support right from his tenure but failed to succeed.

All Pakistan-friendly countries have declined to offer financial help to the country's government. Even the International Monetary Fund is not giving the promised loan despite several rounds of negotiations. Due to the shortage of foreign currency, Pakistan has stopped the import of essential goods and services from abroad. As a result, it has created many problems in the country, and people struggle to survive.

• The total foreign debt of Pakistan is $51.322 billion, which is about 80% of the entire GDP of the country.

Western countries no longer need Pakistan after America's exit from Afghanistan. As a result, they have stopped offering financial help to this terrorist Islamic country. It wouldn't be wrong to say that due to its terrorism and other destructive activities, Pakistan has isolated itself from the world community and is living in a fool's paradise.

Nevertheless, most Pakistani people believe that one day the Islamic God Allah will send a messenger to their country to solve all problems and eventually bring peace and prosperity. You will be surprised to know that the Pakistani finance minister once said that Allah is responsible for the economic condition of Pakistan. You can easily imagine the situation in such a country where politicians do nothing but rely on Allah for everything.

Pakistan is the legitimate child of America and other Western countries that use it to perform dirty work in exchange for financial help. All the developed countries of the world lecture about eliminating Islamic terrorism, but they support Pakistan so that it can keep attacking India and other countries. The problem of global terrorism can easily be eradicated if America wants. But the corrupt deep state in the USA always needs wars and violence to sell its deadly arms to different parties involved in the conflict and make money.

The Pakistani army and its intelligence agencies are the most influential organizations in this Islamic country. They take considerable money from Pakistan's federal budget to protect the country. Due to the lack of foreign currencies and massive loan obligations, Pakistan will disintegrate into different small regions, and there will be religious violence and other mayhem after that. The disintegration of the terrorist Islamic country is essential to ending Muslim terrorism across the globe and making the world a much better place. If powerful nations don't offer financial help to Pakistan, it will disintegrate in a maximum of 6 months. Although the local court has suspended his sentence for one month, he can appeal to the higher court and get the announcement nullified.

However, exciting things are happening in India. As the punishment is for two years, he has lost his Lok Sabha membership, a tremendous setback for Congress and Rahul Gandhi. Supporters and leaders of the Congress Party blame the BJP and Prime Minister Modi for the announcement made by the local court in Gujarat. However, it is not happening for the first time in India. Several politicians have lost their membership in the Lok Sabha and other assemblies for different reasons.

Rahul Gandhi is a duffer politician, but his Italian mother wants to see him as India's prime minister as soon as possible. But the unfortunate thing is that the BJP has Narendra Modi, who has lots of qualifications and political experience. Under the leadership of India's Prime Minister, the BJP has been winning elections in the center for the last two terms and has formed governments in different states as well. After 2014, the Congress party lost many elections under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. It has now become irrelevant in Indian politics. Even India's regional political parties don't give any importance to Rahul Gandhi and Congress.

You will be surprised that India's oldest political party, Congress, was established by an Englishman to spend free time and discuss with friends. For a long time, the party has been proclaiming itself as the sole contractor of India's independence movement and ignoring the contributions of many people who sacrificed their lives for the country. Initially, she was working as a waitress and had no substantial wealth. But now she is one of the world's wealthiest politicians and has accumulated much wealth without doing anything.

All political leaders in Congress are supposed to support the statement made by Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and Sonia Gandhi, regardless of their age and experience in Indian politics. Anyone who dares to challenge the supremacy of these three people is kicked out of the party and insulted. Nowadays, the majority population in India has come to know the true colors of the Congress Party and its natural character. In today's age of electronic, social, and print media, ordinary people have many ways to get information about their leaders' performance and statements. It is challenging for a politician in India to make any baseless statement and get away with it without facing its consequences. India has a large youth population, and many Indians are continually active on multiple social media channels and ready to criticize the wrong statements of political leaders.

Rahul Gandhi is a mindless politician who doesn't know how to speak on any topic, connect himself to the common public of this country, improve his political image in people's eyes, and give new life to his political party. Instead of talking about shortcomings in the BJP-ruled government, Rahul Gandhi and other congress leaders make personal attacks on Prime Minister Modi and the BJP. The leadership of Congress is currently disconnected from grassroot politics. They live in large apartments with air conditioning and other modern amenities, make foolish political statements without logic, avoid discussing issues the general public faces, abuse political rivals, and claim to represent India. If Congress wants to make itself relevant in Indian politics, it must change its working style and focus on the right people. The economic recession seems to have started with full force and is showing its effects on the world economy. In a series of dramatic events, two major banks in the United States of America—Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank—have collapsed. They have stopped working, and funds deposited by people and companies have been trapped.

These two banks suffered significant losses, and the overall value of their shares plummeted dramatically. In addition, there is a high probability of the downfall of First Republic Bank. We have been battling COVID-19 since 2020, and things started returning to normal in 2022. But the corrupt deep state in the United States of America and other Western countries engineered the Ukraine-Russia war, which has been causing tremendous damage to the world economy and creating problems for many ordinary individuals living in different countries.

I believe that America is the biggest rogue nation on the planet. One of the main reasons for the double standards in this country is that it keeps a massive stockpile of atomic weapons but lectures other countries about nuclear disarmament. That is why no nation is ready to surrender its desire for nuclear weapons.

Unfortunately, many would not agree with my assessment, but we are living in a world where financial ecosystems are controlled by the ecosystem created by the United States of America. The US dollar is used as a global reserve currency which is essential for international trade. When two countries have to sell or purchase goods and services, they are supposed to use US dollars. This gives the US government a considerable advantage. As every country on the planet needs US dollars for international trade, the government in the United States of America has exploited this situation very well to its advantage. 

We must put gold or other valuable assets in the Reserve Bank to issue the money. But you will be surprised to learn that the United States of America abolished the gold-based money printing system in 1971 during the Vietnam War to arrange money for its expenses. Since then, this country has been printing paper dollars and sending them to foreign countries in exchange for goods and services.

They have printed so many dollars out of thin air that inflation has skyrocketed in many countries, and there is a high probability that this ill practice will explode anytime soon. Moreover, taking undue advantage of the dollar's status as the global reserve currency, the United States of America changes its monetary policies occasionally to protect its financial interests at the expense of other countries.

You will be surprised to know that the US is submerged under a vast debt of $31 trillion, thanks to the global reserve currency, the dollar. It can print any amount of dollars and dump them into the market to survive. The problem with the United States of America is that it has a strange tendency to weaponize the dollar-based global banking system and put economic sanctions on any country or business organization that doesn't agree with its policies.

It has imposed economic sanctions on Russia, Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, China, and others. The unilateral economic sanctions imposed by the United States of America create problems in international trade and destroy the economies of sanctioned countries. As a result, many countries seek ways to free their economies from dollar-based monetary systems and trade with each other using a credible financial ecosystem.

Russia and China have taken many steps to decrease the use of dollars and other hard currencies for international trade and free their economies from the clutches of the American monetary system. For example, China actively encourages countries to use its money for international trade and has developed an ecosystem alternative to SWIFT. In the same way, Russia aggressively pursued the movement and created its alternative to the US-controlled financial messaging system.

It has taken many steps to decouple its economy from the US-dominated financial system and trade with other countries in national currencies. Many countries have sold their US Treasury bonds and added Chinese yuan and other currencies to their foreign reserves. This will help them protect their economy from the unilateral sanctions imposed by America and keep trading with other countries freely.

Little by little, the world is taking steps to decrease the use of US dollars for international trade. The de-dollarization movement is gaining momentum with each passing day. Sure, it will take time, but the results will be pretty unpleasant for the United States of America.

I believe the Ukraine-Russia war has continued even after one year due to the United States of America and its NATO allies. Instead of using taxpayers' money for good purposes, the collective west is sending enormous amounts of money and deadly weapons to the corrupt Ukrainian government so that they can keep fighting Russia for a long time and damage it as far as possible.

The wastage of money in the Ukraine-Russia war is now resulting in financial problems in the United States of America and other Western countries. The common public in developed nations is fed up with the rapidly increasing costs of essential goods and services, and they are now facing a cost of living crisis. Many people are compromising their living standards and cutting the necessary expenses to stay afloat and cope with increasing inflation.

You will be surprised that many people in western countries have gone below the poverty line since the Ukraine-Russia war in 2022. Unilateral sanctions imposed on Russia are backfiring on Western nations. The European Union is struggling with the increasing cost of fuel and other essential items, and there is a high probability of de-industrialization if situations don't improve.

The United States of America is a parasite that is sucking up the rest of the world using its monetary system and other technologies. Big countries like Russia, China, India, and Brazil are giving a tough time to the corrupt deep state in this country. It would not be wrong to say that because of the wrong policies of US President Joe Biden, the entire world is suffering economically and environmentally.

The Ukraine-Russia war resulted in the killing of many innocent people and the displacement of the civilian population. Today's financial problems result from stupid American politicians and deep-pocketed investors. In my opinion, despite financial and military help from the west, Ukraine is not in a position to defeat Russia. In the coming days, Putin will crush Ukrainian comedian Zelensky and his long-awaited dreams.

The 2023 economic recession is in full force. We will witness the collapse of many business and financial organizations, the mass layoffs of working professionals, unemployment, social chaos, and civil unrest in many countries. So, prepare for the worst—a financial tsunami—sooner than later.

Corrupt Bihari politicians have been looting Bihar's resources for a long time and doing nothing for the development of the state. As a result, Bihar is one of the most undeveloped states in India, and its people are forced to migrate to other states in search of jobs and employment opportunities.

Manish Kashyap is a famous YouTube journalist who loves to engage in impartial journalism and ask tough questions to the government and responsible authorities without fear. He is an engineer, and his father works for the Indian military. He has exposed corruption in the Bihari ecosystem, and his reporting gives a tough time to many prominent people in politics and society. Videos uploaded by Manish Kashyap attract the attention of many people. He is one of the most popular YouTubers in India who loves to speak for ordinary people.

As I said, the Bihar government was okay when big media organizations covered the Tamilnadu incident. However, when Manish Kashyap arrived in Tamil Nadu and began reporting from ground zero, the situation changed dramatically and abruptly. His videos demonstrated that the incompetence of the Bihar government had forced the Bihar population to migrate to other states for jobs and employment opportunities and suffer at the hands of the rest of the Indians.

He highlighted that migrants from Bihar face many problems while living in other states, and the Bihar government is responsible for their difficulties. His videos became viral, which made Tejasvi Yadav, the deputy CM of Bihar, restless. He thought if legal action is not taken against Manish Kashyap, his fact-based reporting will hurt the political interest of the RJD in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha and 2025 state assembly elections.

Corrupt politicians in power in India are not okay with investigative journalism done by honest journalists. They take all possible measures to surprise the voices of true press reporters and force them not to touch sensitive matters. The criminal proceedings against Republic TV on Arnav Goswami prove this fact. Several FIRs have been launched against Manish Kashyap. The Patna police arrested him and sent him to jail. This will backfire on Tejasvi Yadav in the long term.

It wouldn't be wrong to say that Laloo Prasad Yadav and his corrupt gang are responsible for the poor state of Bihar. His tenure is regarded as jungle raj. I would say that Laloo Prasad Yadav is a shrewd, criminal-minded politician who knows how to fool people in the name of caste and creed and make money through corruption. The Central Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement Directorate is grilling Lalu Prasad Yadav and his relatives for 600 crores of land for a job scam. Still, many duffers in Bihar are following this mindless politician.

Manish Kashyap did nothing wrong by reporting on the Tamil Nadu incident. It is his job to criticize the government if he finds anything wrong with the system and make people aware. Impartial and investigative journalism is not a crime. Criminal prosecution against Manish Kashyap will increase his popularity sky-high and damage the political interest of 9th-grader Tejasvi Yadav, who doesn't have the qualifications to lead a big state like Bihar. There is no solid evidence that proves Manish Kashyap has done anything wrong. His case will not last long in the judiciary, and he will be proven innocent eventually. Attacking Bihari Professionals Has Become A Fashion In India!

Nowadays, Tamil Nadu, a state in south India, is in the media limelight for the wrong reasons. As per the news circulated in the Indian press, multiple social media channels, YouTube, and other web platforms, local workers in Tamilnadu are attacking Hindi-speaking professionals and forcing them to leave the state as soon as possible. 50 Bihari workers have been killed by hooligans in Tamil Nadu so far. In addition, videos of violence and crime against Bihari migrant workers are creating panic among people. 

As a result, many Bihari migrant workers have already left Tamilnadu and are not planning to return to the workspace anytime soon. But the sad thing is that the Tamilnadu government, the Bihar government, the police administration in two states, the central government, self-proclaimed media organizations, and political leaders are dismissing the occurrence of crime against Bihari migrants and Hindi-speaking workers in Tamilnadu, and they have collectively regarded the related news as fake propaganda.

Tejasvi Yadav, the deputy CM of Bihar, has declared such incidents as fake narratives being run by the BJP and said there was no crime against Bihari migrant workers in Tamilnadu. However, the attack on Bihari migrant workers in India is not happening for the first time. They have been threshed in states such as Assam, Maharashtra, Delhi, Punjab, Jharkhand, etc. So why are Bihari migrant workers being attacked in different parts of the country?

Why are there no good jobs or employment opportunities for the local working population in Bihar? What have leaders been doing to create employment opportunities in the state? Why don't ordinary people in Bihar force the state leadership to cultivate development? Why is development not an issue for the Bihari public? Let's discuss all the problems.

A Few Words About Why Bihar Is A Backward State In India

Bihar is a poor state in East India. Approximately ten crore people live here, most engaged in traditional occupations and business areas. Right from India's independence in 1947 from the British, Bihar has been a poor state due to multiple reasons such as political unwillingness for the region's development, lack of investment from major industries, the dismal condition of infrastructure facilities, political instability, the negative attitude of the local population, etc. The 15 years of rule by the Rashtriya Janata Dal were quite damaging for Bihar. Former Chief Minister Lalu Yadav and his gang destroyed Bihar entirely and made it a laughing stock in the eyes of the rest of the Indians and foreigners.

Unfortunately, the state's development is not an issue for most Bihari voters. They sincerely believe in casteism and give their votes to candidates belonging to their caste without considering their qualifications. Due to caste-based politics, even the most uneducated and dumb people become politicians, and they don't care about the well-being of their constituencies.

You will be surprised to know that the ordinary people in Bihar never pressured their representatives to bring development to their areas. Lack of development is not an issue for 99% of the people in Bihar. Lalu Prasad Yadav destroyed Bihar and was involved in large-scale corruption. But even today, he enjoys support from the common public. Even the current CM of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, failed to cultivate development in the state. His only goal is to remain in power by switching alliances as required.

• 50% of families in Bihar are dependent on money sent by their relatives for their livelihood. That is why Bihar is often called a money-order economy.

• Approximately two crore Bihari people are migrants who contribute to the development of other states by providing affordable professional services to companies in business organizations.

Bihar Has No Job And Employment Opportunities For Its Population.

Unfortunately, Bihar is an agriculture-based state where companies and business organizations don't want to set up their units because of multiple reasons, such as the poor condition of the infrastructure, the high crime rate, the hooliganism of local political parties, frequent power cuts, anti-development sentiment in the general public, etc. The state government has no policy for industrial development and providing jobs to its people.

There is no special economic zone in Bihar. That is why 90% of all Bihari students migrate to other states for jobs and employment after completing their studies. You can see Bihari migrants in almost all states of India. It is safe to say that Bihar is a labor-producing state in India.

Why Does The Rest of India Hate Bihari Migrants? 

The outward migration from Bihar to the rest of India continues to increase, creating jobs and employment issues for the local population in different states. Moreover, Bihari migrants are so desperate for jobs that they are ready to provide professional services to companies and business organizations at lower prices. 

Companies usually avoid hiring working professionals from other states that demand higher wages and other benefits for their professional services because of the availability of a cheap Bihari workforce. They are famous for offering high-quality assistance with perfect execution and honesty.

People from other states hate Bihari working professionals because of their inability to compete. However, working professionals from Bihar are contributing to the development of the economies of different states in India.

Where Are Law Enforcement Agencies And The Federal Government? 

Per the Indian constitution, Indians can live and work in any state. But it sounds good only on paper. On the ground, people in other states hate people from Bihar and consider them second-class citizens. While living in New Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Mohali, I encountered discrimination from the rest of the Indians. Bihari migraine workers have been thrashed in many states. But the sad reality is that the law enforcement agencies and the central government mostly did nothing. They just become mute onlookers, which is unfortunate for a democratic country like India that aspires to become the world superpower.

It's The Right Time To Develop Bihar!

It's the right time for Bihari people to come together on one page and ask straightforward questions to Bihari politicians about the development of the state. All those politicians who refuse to listen to our valid concerns and questions must be dragged out of their homes and killed in broad daylight. All properties and black money belonging to corrupt Bihari politicians must be confiscated, and they must be jailed for life with no parole. They need to face the music on this issue and must be grilled. Only then will Bihar develop like any other normal state.

Delhi, India’s capital city, is home to 3 crore people, equivalent to Punjab’s population. This city is densely populated and highly polluted. As a result, the quality of life is relatively low in Delhi. So, IT professionals are looking for a drastic change in their overall earnings and living conditions.

My dear Indian IT companies, employees’ location doesn’t matter if they complete all assignments on time and help an organization grow faster with their professional services. Forcing employees to work from the office seems stupid in today’s costly business world when competition increases quickly and business opportunities are dwindling.

I have observed that more employees apply for "remote jobs." On the other hand, onsite jobs receive a cold response from applicants. So, it's time for Indian IT companies to change their old-fashioned mentality (of looking for office employees) and search for the best remote employees on affordable salary packages. This will benefit both parties in the long term. For example, the cost of living in Bihar is much lower than in Delhi.

So, forcing the Bihar-based IT professional to relocate to Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore for IT jobs doesn’t make sense. Website design and development, app creation, meetings, seminars, employee training, SEO, and PPC—all these activities can be performed remotely and efficiently.
